The Chamber exists to promote Commerce, Community, and Tourism.
2014-2017 Strategic Plan
The board and staff met at the Georgia Center in Athens to develop a strategic plan. After reviewing the prior program of work and the leadership’s input to the facilitator, the mission was revised, the vision statement eliminated and the values will be transferred to the Board’s policy manual, “The board and staff will be guided by these values when making decisions: Member Driven, Innovation and Accountability.” Click here to view the full 2014-2017 Strategic Plan.
