Leadership Monroe is designed to promote awareness of countywide issues by bringing diverse leaders from every area of our community together to learn more about and discuss current matters. Through hard hitting annual programs, Leadership Monroe allows leaders to gain a deeper insight into these issues and prepares them for a more active role in the community. This committee will focus on establishing an alumni program from the seven years of graduates that have gone through the program and identify the next set of attendees for the program. Finally, the committee will annually review the program of work to ensure the program remains fresh and informational to the attendees.
