"Play On!" Auditions

The Backlot Players invite aspiring actors to audition for their upcoming production of Play On!, a fast-paced comedy by Rick Abbot directed by Matt Robichaux.

This hilarious play follows a community theatre group struggling to stage a production while a demanding playwright continually rewrites the script. What begins as a chaotic rehearsal quickly turns into an even more disastrous dress rehearsal before culminating in a live performance where everything that can go wrong... does! Filled with laugh-out-loud moments and theatrical mishaps, Play On! is a comedy audiences will love.
