Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial offices and facilities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean interior glass, doors, and other touchpoints
- Restock paper products and soap dispensers
- Follow GleamPro’s quality standards and safety procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
- Complete assigned routes on schedule
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical work
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
